Access Bios without CPU?

My computer is working properly. I was wondering if I could still access the bios screen if I was to take out only the CPU? Or will I be getting no post if I take out the CPU? Some sources say yes and no

To my recollection, there are a very few motherboards, typically workstation types, that allow you to do this, but for the most part. no. You have to have a CPU installed in order to access BIOS.
