For some days i have in every single game sometimes fps drops. In overwatch it doesn't show the fps droping but it sees like my game freezes(the cursor looks like teleporting) . In LoL i have drops from 200 to 20 or 60 fps sometimes . Please help!!!
I want to mention that in overwatch only at the start of the match I have the fps drops .And isn't heat problem beacuse i have constant 30 C in LoL and in overwatch 40 C.Ram is only 60% used while playing.

No need to take a tone. We're here to help, not get berated or patronized.

When you use DDU, you're not looking to see if you have the latest drivers, you're uninstalling every display driver. Fundamentally different idea. The reason for that is if your graphics card tries to use both sets of drivers, there can be a problem, read as: conflict.

So, with that said, use DDU, and install the latest drivers once that's done.

Buy more memory .

The Overwatch PTR is causing some issues for folks with computers that are running eight gigabytes of RAM and below. The reason? Apparently, the new Overwatch PTR patch has a memory leak.

Overwatch is going perfectly except at ranked games or 6v6 games where it is causing fps drops only at the start of the game.Later it works with 80 fps constant. If you can name that fps drop(more likely screen freezing )

Tried but it is not working.

If you are using 60% of your ram, that means that you are using 2.4 GB out of 4. Anytime a program needs to load something, you only have 1.6 GB free. If the program needs more than that, or tries to load a map and textures that are larger than that, it will HAVE to swap and page something out to the HDD. During the swap process, NOTHING else happens until the process is completed, hence freezes for a few seconds, and a corresponding drop in FPS.
As for all your programs being 32-bit, that is because 32-bit programs will run on both 32-bit and 64-bit machines, while 64-bit programs will ONLY run on a 64-bit OS. It is just not cost-effective for a developer to have two versions of it's programs to maintain and support.

The only reason for a 64-bit OS is to be able to address and access more than 4 GB of ram, even if running only 32-bit programs.

So even if i have 60% of RAM used while in game it can affect my gameplay? And if yes , what should I do?(i thought LoL isn't using so much resources )
Buy more RAM and take the 32 bits version of windows 10 until i get another 4 or 8 gb of ram?

Buy more RAM, Keep the 64-bit version of Windows. Swapping to the 32-bit version of Windows requires a clean install and you would be limited to only 4GB of ram no matter how much you have installed.
To access the 4GB you currently have and any Ram you add in the future, you would need the 64-bit version of Windows.
