Which is the best suitable cooling system for my pc?

Im running:
I7 7700K 3.60 hz socket 1151 LGA
ASUS GTX 1060
Gygabyte b250m-ds3h

Should i buy a cooling fan? Which is better for me? Water-cooling or air-cooling?

And please recommend me a great fan for my pc, my budget is around $50. Thanks in advance.

I'd just run a CRYORIG h7 or something

I'm assuming you mean GHz and why is the i7 running only 3.6 not 4.2?
  2. Note that you cannot overclock anyway with your unlocked i7-7700K on a B250-chipset motherboard, so, air-cooling is a logical choice. The type of air cooler will also depend on your case's airflow capabilities/space clearances. Check the specs of your case against the height of the CPU cooler if it will fit.

I recommend getting the Cryorig M9i, an affordable CPU cooler, low-noise, small-tower type/not bulky, and good heat-dissipation. It only costs ~$35:

    CPU Cooler: CRYORIG - M9i 48.4 CFM CPU Cooler ($34.88 @ OutletPC)
    Total: $34.88
