The mobo should, and the PSU might, but I certainly wouldn't trust the PSU at all. Not unless you have a fire extinguisher close by.

I wouldn't count on it. It's only delivering 262w, but then again it's a pre-built. You might want to get a GTX 1050 2GB which only draws power from the motherboard.

The 1050ti requires a quality 300w so get a new one. I suggest an Antec 380w.

Yes your motherboard has a 24-pin ATX power and the 4-pin CPU ATX power plug. Both are ATX so all is good.
