Today I saw that payday 2 is free and I got the free copy of the game. If you guys didn't know here's a link for the game - http://store.steampowered.com/app/218620/ - If you get the game today your free copy is Permanent 
When the game started to download I was ok it downloads, but for a couple of seconds. Then it stops.The download speed is 0 bytes but the disk usage is being used. The download starts and stops for about 1 second ,maybe about 10 seconds max. It' been 6 hours since I've tried to fix it. I tried by deleting steam, disabling firewall, resetting firewall, changing my download region, clearing my download cache, disabled any anti-virus software , I disabled everything. Only steam was working. Can someone help?
