That model power supply is an OCZ Evostream. And 600 Watts should be fine if it is really putting out 600 watts with probably 100 watts left over. That power supply has generally positive reviews

And to answer your question, that video card will work fine in it. That board is certified for Nvidia and AMD GPUs, so you shouldn't have an issue.
