Which PSU is best from these?

Hey there,
I want to know that which power supply is better, i know that they are both far weak for gaming but i just want to plug a GPU like GTX 1050ti or 1050 non ti..this one is hp's oem psu:

do they have pcie 8-6 pin connectors??
btw here are my pc specs:
HP Compaq 8200 Elite Microtower
Intel core i5 2320 3.0-3.3ghz
2x4 ddr3 8gb ram
gt 630 2gb 128bit

i know u people will tell me that hp elite 8000 series does not support any psu except that one which comes with it, i will change the mobo and case..
so please reply because i don't know much about these things!!

Both are more like an expensive paper weight(no offence). Outside of that, you're not going to be able to drop in an aftermarket powersupply into your system since the motherboard has a proprietary power connector:

So this endeavor came to an end. You're going to need a new system to drop in that GPU.

About changing the case and the motherboard, you're just driving your return on investments towards negative. Finding a motherboard that will cater to your Sandy Bridge/Ivy Bridge processor will not be cheap and will be even worse, rare.

First of all thanks for replying..
You are also right but:
i have one hp pc and one cooler master so i can put my hp stuff(ram,processor card,hdd etc) into the cooler master except the mobo and psu.
cooler master psu and mobo are both good and case is big enough to handle a full size graphics card
is it a good idea??
Because i don't want to spend much..except for GPU
Things here in Pakistan are too Expensive and amazon don't ship here directly
And sorry for my rip english..XD
