personally i have always went for samsung

still got an 830 and an 840

as well as 3 x 850 evos

so far never had a samsung drive fail on me

Samsung Evo all day long, and defo worth the extra $30, if this is your first SSD you'll see a 500% speed increase.

I was using 3 x Samsung Evo 840s (Old now) 250gb in RAID0 until recently, it was lightening fast, sold them on ebay, all 3 were about 4 years old and never failed on me, and I upgraded to 2 Samsung Evo 960 nvme Drives.

I recently purchased the Samsung EVO 850 250GB mSATA and the 500GB SSD. They are installed in my HP Envy 17-3290nr Laptop and have been running like a champ. PLUS, these drives carry a "5" year warranty, which makes the decision of purchase a whole lot easier. Samsung all day long!!!
