Is 500W enough

Core: Intel Core i7 7700K 4x 4.20GHz
Case: be quiet! Silent Base 800
PS: 500 Watt be quiet
Cooler: Noctua NH-U9S
1HDD
1SSD

specs call for a minimum of 600w. personally, i think it will run just fine with a quality 500w psu.

It will run. But you may get lower performance or shutdowns if the PSU gets overloaded. Mostly it depends on WHICH 500W PSU you have.

Yes it is enough. As long as the PSU has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 32 Amps or greater and has one 75-Watt 6-pin and one 150-Watt 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors it should work.

With everything at stock 500w decent PSU should be fine but I would be concerned about overclocking, personally wouldn't OC until replaced with at least a decent 600w.
