i would suggest u to save up 50 more bucks to get the cheapest b350 like the MSI gaming pro and 1500X. ryzen has good oc perf gains. the 1400 has a weak cooler which is not suitable for oc. if budget is really a concern, a 1500X alone will do[but considering the price diff, its worth it.]

the rx470/570 performs much better than the 1050ti. an overclocked rx470/570 can reach the stock perf of rx480/580. so an rx470/570 is definitely a better choice.

another the advantage of B350 is overclocking ur ram to 2933 or above with A XMP. a 2800 rams can be easily overclocked to 2933 and has good perf gains. would suggest a 1x8gb config on those lower priced 2 slot b350 mobo

I'm on a budget so I went with the 1400 for now and I will upgrade to the 1500 soon. What could the rx 570 do better than the 1050 ti??

well rx 570 have sligthly lower clock than 1050 ti and kinda more expensive, but dunno somehow it does better at gaming, especially if you want cheap 8gb vram graphics card rx 570 is the answer, its pretty much hard to get 8gb vram graphics card at that price point. you can overclock it too if you want to. note that rx 570 comes in 4gb vram variant and 8gb vram variant
