I recently learned that my hard drive has an issue with it. "C6 Uncorrectable Sector Count". Can this slow down my computer in whole? I'm planning on buying a new one soon enough but it would be nice to know if that a small broken factor in a hard drive can affect the entire computer itself? So in that, does a dying hard drive or old one slow down your PC also?
