So when i enable XMP 2.0 Profile 1 on the G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 2400 2x8GB with the ASRock Z270 KIller SLI/ac and i save the changes in the bios and boot, it's performance is the same as disabled XMP Profile for anyone else! Here's a link to a benchmark: http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/3940565
Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-7600k (Not overclocked)
GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB SC Gaming ACX 2.0 (Overclocked by 150/360 in MSI Afterburner)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 2TB
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 2400 C15 2x8GB
MBD: ASRock Z270 Killer SLI/ac

You can check the specs on your motherboard to see what speeds it supports and buy whichever you want. I wouldn't go crazy but 3000 or 3200 would be good if the board supports it. It will really just give you a few extra fps in games.

I fixed it! I realized it was single channel (Didn't really see it and thought it was already dual) so i tried separating the RAM sticks apart from each other and went into the BIOS and saw it was dual channel! Booted up, and my RAM performance increased from 40 percent to 85-90! I can't believe i was so blind to not realize it was single channel. Thanks for trying to help, maybe someone else will see this and have the same problem.
