What can I upgrade/Buy to Play LoL,CSGO, GTA V, Watch Dogs 1, and other mid end games?

Specs:
AM1 Mobo
AMD Sempron LE- 1200
Nvidia Geforce 6150se nforce 430
2GB 800Mhz Ram
noname Case
300 Watt Plenty Comtex PSU
Samsung Spinpoint IDE HDD 80GB

I live in Ph, I want to buy in www.Lazada.com.ph
My Budget is 300$

I'm not familiar with the currency changes, but if I was going to recommend a $300 build to someone, this is what I'd suggest. I price checked the CPU on the site you linked and it looks like it's priced similarly to what I listed below. You should just find these components on the site you use and see if they fit your budget in your country.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel - Pentium G4560 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor ($66.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Memory: Crucial - 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($54.87 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Gigabyte - Radeon RX 460 2GB WINDFORCE OC Video Card ($73.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA - 500W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply ($36.49 @ OutletPC)

You're budget limits you a lot, but that's a decent entry level cpu/ram/gpu combo that would probably let you play the games you listed on lowered settings. You could leave the power supply out, but I doubt your current one would be able to work with the new components.

If you can't afford these components, I'd recommend looking into the used market. Idk what that looks like where you are, but in the US you can find a decent i5 workstation PC for under $200 with 8 gigs of ram. Throw the RX 460 in something like that, and you've got a decent build.

(Mosly Old cpus are being sold here in my area[semprons and a4/a6)
[Should I get an a8? cuz it might be really long(maybe 5 years) until i buy a GPU that will be fast [ex 1050]]

I can't imagine the a8 would be a whole lot cheaper than the pentium where you are, and even if it was, I would just stick with the build you came up with. Any chance you could go used on the HD to save a few bucks? I know I can pick up used HDs around here for pretty cheap.

I don't think you'll get quite what you are looking for performance wise out of the build you put together, I know you won't be getting playable framerates in GTAV, and you won't exactly be getting great performance out of the rest. Is there any chance you can save a few bucks and try to pick up a GPU? Maybe even go with a 1030 instead of a 460 or 1050.

^^ Good point, I didn't notice you switched to an H110 mobo. That's a Skylake motherboard, and like Corwin said, it will require a BIOS update in order to work with the Kabylake Pentium you want. So unless you can guarantee that it has that BIOS update, don't get the H110.

U mean the B250 Mortar?
It costs almost 6k -> 120$..

The H110-H is included in Prebuilt PCs with the G4560
