Hard Drive not detected in bios nor windows after update.

Hi, I have an Asus Prime Z270-A MOBO, and I recently updated it to version 0906. After which, I realized my HDD is longer showing up in Bios. I made sure all the SATA ports were enabled and this only occured after the bios update so I'm pretty sure it is not a hardware issue. SSD works fine, but my HDD just refuses to show up

Update: Solved. Was to dumb to realize enabling x4 PCIE slots disables SATA Ports 5 and 6. Connect the HDD onto another port and everything works fine now.
