So, tonight my friend had a LAN party so I brought my PC and played there, was working like a dream the second until I left. Went home, plugged in everything. When I started it up the monitor only showed about a quarter of the screen like it was very zoomed in or something, but it quickly corrected itself and went back to normal. Then, when I started up Overwatch the graphics were god awful, my usual ultra settings at the highest resolution look terrible and ran at 20 FPS. I thought maybe it was just Overwatch, but it appears it is many different games outside of Blizzard as well. Osu and League of Legends are the only ones I could find that was unaffected and I'm not sure what this could mean. I installed new drivers for my graphics card after encountering the problem and that didn't help either. I went to my settings in Heroes of the Storm and it says I am uncapable of running higher settings than medium, which I know is wrong because I have run things much faster. The graphics for World of Warcraft are working exceptionally, but I am suddenly getting 20 fps there as well... Here is a screenshot of what it looks like now in Heroes of the Storm:

It would be a big help if someone had some suggestions, I don't understand how this possibly could have happened in the 10 minute drive from my friend's home to my own.
