I am trying to figure out if I can hook up another HDMI cable directly to my motherboard and have that be capable of outputting to my 46" TV. My motherboard is a Gigabyte Z170X-Gaming 7 and my GPU is a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060. My GPU only has 1 HDMI port on it and I am using that for one of my 2 monitors that I use all the time with my computer, and I have another really long HDMI cable that I would like to use with my TV so I can be laying in bed and watch stuff from my computer with.

Is this possible with what I have?

Solution
Try removing the graphics card, setting Initial Display Output to IGFX, installing the Intel Graphics drivers, then powering off, reinstalling the graphics card, starting the rig and see if you can use Windows Display Properties to manage both card and onboard.

Define "really long". When it comes to HDMI, you can't get a good signal over 25-30 feet without using a boosted cable or a converter. I use HDMI to ethernet adapters to send my signal about 80 feet and it works well for 1080p.
