Ok, that is a cheaper PSU and it uses lower quality components. However, it's much better than some of the other cheap units out there.
The i7-7700 has a tdp of 65w and the gtx 1050Ti is 75w. So even including the RAM and HDD, your system would probably be under 200w. While your PSU is not the best, I'm sure it's going to be good enough.

I'll guess that you want to buy an i7 7700 + gtx 1050ti.
What make of PSU is the 430w? If it's a good make, then 430w is enough, but if it's a poor make then you will need a better unit.
