Hello and i am curious if the Pure rock slim would work with the Msi A78M-E35-V2 and would it cover any Ram slots but if it cant then ill just a just it by putting the fan on the other direction. Also if anyone could help me now it would be appreciated! Thank you!

It's not your MoBo that specifies which CPU air cooler you can use. It's the CPU clearance of your PC case that specifies it.
Be Quiet! Pure Rock Slim CPU cooler is small enough and it won't give you any RAM clearance issues.
