Those measurements are not measuring same thing on all systems, it depends on sensors particular MB has.It may also depend on a program that measures them. If it's not CPU than typically it's either Chipset/NB or VRM. Considering it's that hot, you can try touching those elements with your finger and see which one it is. Temperature of the cooler body, if there is one, would be much lower so you don't have to worry about burning the finger.
