Hi,

I am looking to upgrade RAM from my existing 4GB to additional 8GB. Which one should I go for?

existing ram: KVR21N15S8/4GB 1Rx8 512M x 64-Bit PC4-2133 CL15 288-Pin DIMM
Desc:
This is 512M x 64-bit (4GB) DDR4-2133 CL15 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM), 1Rx8, memory module, based on eight 512M x 8-bit FBGA components. The SPD is programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR4-2133 timing of 15-15-15 at 1.2V.

Choice 1: KVR21N15S8/8 8GB 1Rx8 1G x 64-Bit PC4-2133 CL15 288-Pin DIMM
Desc: KVR21N15S8/8 is a 1G x 64-bit (8GB) DDR4-2133 CL15 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM), 1Rx8, memory module, based on eight 1G x 8-bit FBGA components. The SPD is programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR4-2133 timing of 15-15-15 at 1.2V.

Choice 2: HX421C14FB2/8 8GB 1G x 64-Bit DDR4-2133 CL14 288-Pin DIMM
Desc: HyperX HX421C14FB2/8 is a 1G x 64-bit (8GB) DDR4-2133 CL14 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) 1Rx8, memory module, based on eight 1G x 8-bit FBGA components per module. Each module supports Intel® Extreme Memory Profiles (Intel® XMP) 2.0. Each module has been tested to run at DDR4-2133 at a low latency timing of 14-14-14 at 1.2V.

Solution
Both *possibly* can work, but choice 1 has greater probability of success. Not 100%, but I would say a fair chance (worth trying).
