Hi I just got my new system and after I had it up and running I tried to overclock my Ryzen 5 1600 to 3.7 GHz upset the voltage with 0,192. I have tried to bridge clear CMOS and remove the battery but it doesn't help.

Fixed helped to relocate ram sticks

Motherboard: Gigabyte AB350 g3
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: GTX 1070
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 16 GB 3200 MHz

Solution
What superninja is saying is that to clear CMOS you have to completely remove power to the PC before shorting the jumpers or removing battery.
Otherwise it does nothing.
