I wanna spend around 700-750 Euros for a budget pc using this site https://www.custompc.com.cy/pc-systems/configurator/budget-build-6th-generation/ and i dont really know what to choose . Can someone help me with the parts please?

Solution
If you can find your way to pay the extra go with the first build below, all parts are in stock. If not, go with the second build. You will lose the 4 slot mobo and have a lower power PSU with the second build.

I have been trying to stay away from downgrading the GPU, the GTX 1060-3GB or RX 580-4GB are much faster than the GTX 1050 Ti, makes for a much better gaming computer.

First Build
PCPartPicker part list: https://it.pcpartpicker.com/list/wQjyd6
Price breakdown by merchant: https://it.pcpartpicker.com/list/wQjyd6/by_merchant/

Motherboard: MSI - B250M PRO-VDH Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (€96.39)
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory (€81.59)
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5"...
This is what I could come up with off that site, price was €789.33 (€663.30 excluding VAT). This included assembly and OS installation. Some of the choices were because of no inventory, they were not my first choice.

Took another look at the website and realized that they have other components listed separately. As long as they are still willing to assemble here is the build I would go for. You don't state what games you will be playing, the G4560 will bottleneck the RX 580 in CPU intensive games like Battlefield but will not in other games. This build will be significantly better and faster than the original I suggested. Links are below the PCPartPicker build, pricing is from the CustomPc website. I traded the SSD for a HDD to reduce cost but that can be changed. It won't affect gaming performance. Four slot mobo so you can add more RAM later if wished.

Is there a problem if i go with this graphics card? The other one is out of stock and this one is the cheapest 1060 available https://www.custompc.com.cy/components/graphics-cards/nvidia-graphics-card/palit-geforce-gtx-1060-super-jetstream-3072-mb-gddr5/

Yeah, Palit is a good brand, you should do fine with that card.

You could also go with this one, €30 cheaper.
