I have a problem playing online on my PS4.
For about 1.5 years I had no problem playing online, however not that long ago my PS4 said that I have NAT Type 3 and now I can't play online.
At first I thought simple router software update would help, but no...
After diggin' deeper I tried:
UPnP.. NO HELP
Port - forwarding... NO HELP
DMZ... NO HELP
Disable Firewall... NO HELP

I don't know what else I can do. Maybe my Internet Company is blocking me somehow? I hope someone will provide me with some knowledge as I am pretty much a noob in this whole networking thing.

Yup a 10 is a private ip. You could see if they will give you a actual ip but even if they can most charge for it. You might consider a vpn that has the ability to give you a fixed IP but again they charge for that. Maybe one of the VPN providers that target gamers.....but I think it is mostly to improve performance to server based games on not peer to peer type of games.
You may not actually be getting a routable IP from your ISP. This is very common on mobile broadband but other ISP also do not give out real ip. Check your wan IP and make sure it is not a private IP or carrier nat. If there is another NAt device in the path you can not solve this.

So are you saying that I can no longer play with my PS4? Well, RIP 400 Eur :/
But seriuosly, maybe my ISP can do smth if I contact them...
I checked my WAN IP and this is what website showed me: "mezon LT" (Which is my ISP and country- Lithuania).
Also it showed my WAN IP, but I don't know if it's safe to put here. (If it matters I can PM a screenshot)

But as I said, it came out of nothing after 1.5 years of playing. And I didn't change anything in my router

Lets try another way. See what your router says the wan ip is and a site like whatsmyip says it is. If they are not the same then there is another router in the path.

If they are the same I don't know what to suggest. DMZ tends to always fix this issue even though it is a security risk. Either your router has a problem or you misconfigured it.

My router doesn't say anything about WAN IP.
In router settings there isn't even settings for just WAN, only WLAN settings.

I can go WLAN Settings:
1. WLAN Basic settings (SSID and Wi-Fi pass)
2. WLAN advanced settings (Channel and Wi-Fi bandwith) (No idea what this is BTW)
3. WLAN MAC Filter (Blacklist)
4. WPS Settings
5. DHCP Settings

I see. I will contact them hoping they will fix it.
If they charge me, then fine, but I really hope they don't especially since they didn't do this carrier nat in the past
