There is something wrong with my 3D, DirectX or OpenGL drivers or something. Just watch the video and you'll see.

I don't know how to describe it, it started a few days ago, and it is happening to all 3D programs on my PC. Help?

Artifacts and lines are signs of a dying GPU. You can use DDU to be sure but I don't think that it will make a difference. Make sure you use it in safe mode and then reinstall your drivers.
