So i have an Intel i5-3470 and am looking for a motherboard for it.

Intel core i5 3470 @ 3.20 Ghz
I already have most of the parts just missing the GPU, Case, PSu all of which are sorted out. But the last thing i need is a motherboard (this is my first computer build so i'm not sure on what to look for.)
i've fount two that may work however i'm not sure
1) Asus h110m-r/c/si intel h110 1151 micro atx ddr4 hdmi motherboard
2) Asus h81m-k intel h81 socket 1150.

If these dont work can you suggest any motherboards that would work for the i5-3470 at around £65 (flexible but not by much)

Those boards you mentioned (H110 & H81) will not work, different socket than i5-3470.

If you can find a new one I'd buy it. I bought a used LGA 1155 mobo on Ebay and it quit working after a week.

I had been looking at buying one from Amazon at the time, but the cheaper one wasn't available.

This one support the 3470. Least wise the later bios verisons do. There is no good alternative as the 75 and 77 motherboards are impossibly high priced.

Thanks i'm gonna keep an eye out for the MSI Intel H61 LGA 1155 DDR3 USB 2.0 Micro ATX Motherboard.
