System won't boot with more than one stick of RAM

Hey everyone!

Just got a new MSI PRO Series Z270 SLI Plus motherboard, i5-7600K processor, and a dual pack of 16gb (8gb x2) sticks of RAM.

I also have a Sentey 750w psu and ASUS GTX 1060 gpu from previous build.

I got everything installed, and the system had power but wouldn't turn on. Also, my system speaker isn't beaping. I took the RAM out of the dimm b2 slot, and like magic the system booted! Still no beap from the speaker though. I swapped sticks of RAM, and the system worked the same. So I figured the RAM is good.

I've tried one stick of RAM in both the dimm a2 and b2 slots, and the system won't boot. The EZ Debug leds for the CPU and the memory flash when I do this, as well as when I have sticks of RAM installed.

As I was using my pc to write this thread, I got a BSOD that listed a "Page error in an unpaged area." So I opened a command prompt as an administrator and ran "chkdsk /f /r" which is currently stuck at 10% on drive C:.

Oh, and I also enabled XMP in my BIOS.

I am at a loss as for how to get my system to work with both sticks of RAM I bought, and also the minor issue of my system speaker not beaping.

Having a little trouble uploading the pick from my phone, what am I looking for in the CPU socket?

I think I see one that's bent, it looked funny before I put the CPU in, but looking closer I can see it's not the same as the other pins. Can I fix it or do I need a new board??

Since I don't have a pin or a maginfyimg glass, I gotta go buy some. But would that be something that causes my issue with my RAM? It seems like my pc wouldn't start up at all if a bent pin was the issue, right?

I managed to get the pin back in line with all the others, but I'm having the same issue. If I have a stick of RAM in slots 3 or 4 it causes the CPU and DRAM leds to flash on my motherboard. For some reason my system speaker still doesn't make a sound.

I have a really dumb question, what does RMA mean and how do I do it?

Also, i tried without the RAM installed. Yup, I get one long repeated beep coming from the system speaker. Which I think means a memory error.
As for RMAing, if I bought the parts from Amazon, do I try to return them and replace them through Amazon or do I try to go through the manufacturer?

Well, I finally got my replacement motherboard and CPU. I put everything in and it worked on the first try! Thanks for your help man. It's weird how much quiet this CPU runs than my old one. The only thing weird is my RAM says it should be 2666 frequency, but in bios it shows that it's only 2133. Any idea what that could be?
