So i have this problem that my games lag even tough my fps is well over 60. I got my new pc 4days ago and this problem have been bothering me a lot. The lag is not about internet speed or that my cpu or gpu would be bottlenecking each other. In dirty bomb im getting at all times well over 60fps but it's not smooth. But when i turn the settings down to minimum the game is smooth?? But in battlefield 3 turning settings down doesn't help at all, or in cs go. I have tried with v-sync on and off. I don't think it's about my psu because it's 600w and my gpu is gtx 1060 3gb and my cpu is ryzen 1500x. Please help me guys!

If windows 10, you might want to try going into the Xbox app and turning off the game bar (or something like that, I'm not home and frankly can't remember) and see if that changes anything. It could be that you have shadowplay or even another software running in the background.

Ok, I'd say restart your computer, only have steam on (you can right click the task bar icons and click "quit ...") and rerun. This is a custom system right?
