My pc is on a desk about 4 feet away from a window AC unit. I have the vent turned towards the back of the pc. The air is still blowing on the pc a little bit. My question: is it ok for the pc to be that close to the AC unit with some air blowing on it? (The air is only hitting the case which has no openings)

That should only benefit you, colder air equals colder temps. If you are worried about condensation or humidity I wouldn't. You would have to put something right in front of the ac's vent for condensation to form.
