So after a reinstall of windows my games suddenly dropped in FPS, especially csgo. I installed all drivers correctly and they are updated. I downloaded HWID monitor to see if my temp was the problem but I found that was around 50-60c. So I looked down at my usage and saw that in game my cpu was running between 90-100% and my GPU just 20-30%. I went from 250+fps on full high to just about 90fps on the lowest.
My CPU is a Intel Pentium G3258 (not good i know but it does the job)
