i have a amd fx 8350 running at 4.01 ghz i couldnot decide on what gpu to choose i also have asus crosshair v formula z motherboard now my question will the amd vega card the one with 16 gb variant run in my system i also got a 1000 watts smps 80 plus gold capacitor cooler master v 1000 last february 2017

Maybe, but you'll bottleneck a high end card for sure

Would be bottlenecked a bit bud. FX series are super out dated and can't keep up anymore ... 8GB ram is also cutting it. I'd recommend AMD Ryzen!

recently there has been a death in my family my maternal grand mother passed away yesterday so no more upgrades anytime soon and moreover if 16 gb not suitable then is the 8 gb variant suitable for my system or is rx 580 8 gb variant would do the work smoothly?

Yeah wait for them to get into stock but I'd actually cut the price for an RX 570 video card as it delivers similar performance at $50 less when they reach their legitimate prices.
