i have nearly zero knowledge about gpu so i am asking can i crossfire two rx 580 gpu on my asus crosshair v formula z motherboard with fx 8350 as my cpu ? Thanks in advance .

You can, yes. But I wouldn't recommend that setup. Performance wouldn't be great. Both because the CPU is slow, and because the quality of Crossfire support varies from game to game.
