What fan choice on a graphics card would be better?

Whats better for gaming. A single fanned graphics card, or a dual fan? I understand that a dual fan is better for airflow, but I suppose my question is whether or not it makes a large difference or not. Thank you!

My experience is that, all other things being equal, two fans is better because the same amount of cooling gets done with less work from the individual fans. Less noise is one practical benefit. This benefit is lessened if the videocard itself isn't a hot running card. That's because a card like that probably won't stress even a single fan cooling solution.

The cooling will be better, but the single fan edition will not be worse in performance, just higher in temperatures. You'll have to turn the fan up a bit to keep the card cool, hence overclocking headroom will be reduced. In a dual fan card, the card will stay cool at lower fan speeds, allowing for better overclocking. The difference, after overclocking the dual fan, would be ~2-3 FPS in most games, but that's just an approximate number. The point is that the difference will be minor, maybe even negligible(depends heavily on various factors like GPU, game, settings, resolution, etc).
