Hello all,

I have a geforce 1070 graphics card, and all of a sudden it's not being detected. I bought it to play overwatch, and a few days ago I had an error and my game crashed stating "overwatch crashed in the graphics driver." My drivers were up to date at the time, and I was having additional updating problem with the game itself, and after days of research I finally just reinstalled windows. Now the weird thing is everything was running smooth yesterday after the reinstallation and I was playing without a problem...but today, I went to update my "nvidia game ready driver" and it failed, stating there was no GPU hardware. Then I looked at my device manager, and my GPU was not showing up. It said unknown device, and I tried searching for a driver, and it turned out to be the GPU but it failed. So I uninstalled the unknown device, and tried reinstalling the nvidia drivers, both from the app and the website, with no luck. I tried opening my PC and checking the connection of the GPU, and it seemed pretty tight. Also, the two fans underneath the GPU are working fine, and my monitor is connected to the GPU via displayport without a problem. I've tried updating windows as well.

I'm not a tech guru at all, so can anyone recommend the next step I should take? I was thinking about taking it to a shop, but the only places nearby are an older Chinese guy, and Geek Squad at best buy. I don't even know what they would charge but I heard its not cheap...

Here's a link to my computer specs, I bought this computer a month ago (with an open box policy :/ ): https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883230163R
