Ok thanks! What is a good house product that I can use as a thermal paste for now? Toothpaste? Mayo?

No...
You can wait until you have some actual usable product.
Will toothpaste work? Sure, for a little while. Which might be 5 minutes.

You could for sure use a little bit of toothpaste, anything pasty like denture cream will also work. And as soon as your thermal pads arrive and you apply them, you'll be right back on the internet ordering a new cpu since you just fried the old cpu with your impatience. Be kinda like trying to beat the train that's right there at the crossing, just cuz you don't feel like waiting. That only turns up good for the hero, the bad guys always get creamed. In this situation, you ain't the hero...

I've used Vaseline+Toothpaste before as a temporary thermal paste, the temp is a little higher than my old thermal paste
(40-42 idle, 65+underload (AMD A10-5800K which is APU and puts a little more heat out than normal CPUs))

Sorry, it did need saying. No offense intended to you personally, I don't know you, but you'd be surprised at the sheer amount of pc gamer junkies, who actually do come up with hair-brained ideas, such as using toothpaste, just because their world will cease to function correctly if forced to live without a pc for more than a day or 2. Not knowing you personally, couldn't take the chance you'd follow up on your idea. Better to shoot first and apologize later.
