SeaSonic S12II 520 has a rebate on it to bring it to $35, that one is good. That is a non-modular one. If you want less cables in the case, Seasonic M12II is the modular version of it but runs about $10-15 more. SeaSonic S12II 520, but it's out of stock at Newegg. This all depends on your availability though, if you are not in the US prices, rebates, etc.. are all different.
The 210 is a slow card, the i5 3470 onboard graphics are probably as good. That's why the games still don't run good. The 210 is very limited.

The videocard you should buy is affected by your power supply. Some powerful cards require a lot of power, which you may or may not have. Until you list your power supply no one knows what you have.

The 1050 Ti is the fastest card that will run on relatively low power. It also has 4gb vram and is a good match for your CPU.

You need to clean out that case, you have a layer of dust/dirt all over it, including inside the PCIe slot from what I can tell, and make sure your CPU has new thermal paste on it. That is a very low quality power supply, but something like an nVidia 750 should work OK for you.

now pc is clean and i applied a grey HC 151 thermal paste can i use my pc after 2-3 hours i think it will take more time to dry and what 1050 tis are good for gaming and recommended psus for them

The SeaSonic S12II units are going end of life and have a lot of rebates on them now, of course that depends on your area. For a brand of 1050 card, find one with the longest warranty. Any of the top tier brands like MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte, etc... are good.
