Hi, will a Hyper 212 cpu fan fit in an itx board? I have the asrock gaming fatal1ly ac/itx board. I'm just wondering if there is an issue with it being up against the ram. Thanks

Technically speaking, yes. Though even on atx boards that cooler will interfere with the ram.

However the problem is in the case. Most itx cases do not have enough room to fit a tower-style cooler.

Here are two good itx coolers.

Hi, thanks for the reply, have u heard of anyone's pc shutting down while going into
Sleep mode? I have replaced the motherboard, power supply, and updated the Bios firmware. I have also confirmed that the Bios and windows settings are correct. What else could it be? Thanks.

With a large CPU cooler on a ITX board, you may be forced to choose low-profile RAMs (those without heat spreaders), like this:

If your case is restricted, and you want to use RAMs with heat spreaders, I would highly suggest getting the Cryorig M9i instead:

Another alternative is the Cryorig H7 (which is slightly smaller than the 212 EVO) but performs better in thermal dissipation and noise. Chance to obstruct fan if using slightly taller RAMs:
