Hello and thank you for your time,
I'm looking to build a PC to play Fallout 4, and the last time I ever got a new PC was when I built one for Minecraft back when I was younger. I don't plan on changing the power supply or case if I can. The current power supply I have is a Thermaltake - TR2 500W ATX

I've looked all over the case and inside to find a model number, and I had no luck. Or I just didn't look hard enough. As for the second part of my question, here are the parts I'm planning to get for my new computer:
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Intel Core i5-7500
MSI - B250 PC MATE ATX Mobo
Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 2400
Seagate 2TB BarraCuda SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache
Those are what I'm planning to get for my pc upgrade but I would like some feedback as to whether or not this is a good build. Thanks again!
