So recently I have been noticing that while playing any type of intensive game (Grand Theft Auto, Black Desert Online etc), I have been getting quite alot of stuttering. This is usually in high density in-game areas or when I am moving across the world quickly however it can happen anywhere. I run all these games from an SSD Which also has my windows install and most of my programs.
My concern is that this stuttering seems to be linked with spikes in my secondary Hardrive usage which is primarily used for storing movies, music and the odd game. This slowdown is not always in games I must add, even sometimes just using programs like chrome or photo shop there a freezes now and again. I'm not sure whether it truly is the hard rive but it is my first guess as to what could be causing this.
