black ops 3 zombies crashed?

I don't know what's wrong but wen I try to launch a game zombies in bo3 I get enormous frame drop and instantly freezes.I have a I7 6700 and a GTX 1080 so I don't know what's wrong here.I have arround 140 fps on multiplayer but on the zombies loading screen it freezes
please help

Question from Tiesse : "Black ops 3 won't lauch(steam)"

My Black ops 3 won't launch and my pc is well beyond the minimum and it will run gta V just fine but when I try to launch bo3 nothing comes up and when I try again it says (game already running). I reinstalled and verified the game cache but nothing helped. Please help
