I7 7700k normal temperature?

While playing CSGO and streaming, my I7 7700K Temps are spiking anywhere from 60 C to 75 C. The CPU usage goes anywhere from 50% to 80%, are these Temperatures normal? The voltage on the CPU never went higher than 1.26V and the CPU is running stock speeds (4.2 Ghz)

My cooler is the Cryorig H7, i used the Thermal Paste that came with it (CP7 Paste)
And my motherboard is the Gigabyte GA-Z270-K3 Gaming.

I also have a problem with random Temp spikes. When for example opening a internet browser, The CPU temperature goes from 35 to 65 for a second and back down again, Making the Fan go crazy. Doing simple tasks shouldnt push this CPU to that Temp? whats going on? And yes i have mounted everything correctly.

I would just like to say that I have experienced this problem with the CPU since day one as well. I ran it at stock (4.2Ghz), 4.5, 4.7 and am currently running it at 5.0. I have tested this rigorously and I seem to have gotten very lucky with my chip though because it runs at 5Ghz with no issues other than the random temp spikes. It did the random temp spikes both with air cooling (Hyper 212 Evo) and Liquid cooling (Corsair H100i V2). I am running an Asus ROG Strix Z270e gaming motherboard with Corsair Vengance 2400mhz 16gb and a Gigabyte GXT 1070. I am not sure if there is a fix for it but I have tried everything that I would to fix it and It seems to be a common problem. If anyone has any ideas how to fix this please let me know.

My 7700K hits 61-63C during gaming, and as high as 71-73C under Prime95, but, under no load at all, falls to 33C at idle when the CPU idles down to 800 MHz... (this is with the Noctua NH-D15, 25C ambient)

How do I fix this normal behavior, pray tell?????!?!! :)

My CPU sits at 30-33 idle/browsing this site and listening to music/lightweight tasks.
On CS GO 1440x1080 full shaders, mid everything else, 5vs5 cache sits over 300 mid, over 400 spawns.
Temps in CS GO below 47-55.
Various benchamrks took the temp up to 72, but realbench for example 68.
It's OC to 4.8ghz auto (stays 4800mhz 24/7) with dropped LLC voltage, dropped SA and IO voltage, core at 1.24v fixed.
I'm in the process of lowering vcore as these temps are what i'm looking for with Kraken x61.
