I Have an ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING and just added 4x8G but just found a chart that I need help to know how bad this is

I had 2 sticks of Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 then just recently added 2 more for total of 32G by 4x8. It showed up just fine but it hasn't really seemed to be noticeably enhanced at all. Then I just now discovered this chart, http://i.imgur.com/ajDHtC3.png from ASUS' page and I need to know how bad this is if at all and if its the cause of my MB pretty much just ruining my computer b/c there's other problems too I mean my Hard Drives change from D: to J: like just randomly. But anyway, I need to know if that memory needs to come out immediately please.

All that chart is saying is the board doesnt support 4 dimms of that ram, at the time of writting it, maybe this was changed with a bios update, so if its working and all ram is available in the bios and windows then dont worry about it, if it didnt support it all, it wouldnt boot or post.

Think of ram a bit like storage space, you wont see any performance difference by adding more ram, you only need more if 16gb for instance isnt enough and you keep getting low ram warnings etc.
