Well i've been reading and trying to fix this issue for the last few hours and since no luck so far i figured i'd ask if someone else have encountered the same issue.
description of the problem:
In fullscreen display mode in dishonored 2 vsync is set to 60Hz, however it locks automatically to 50Hz instead of the proper 60. Half vsync(30Hz) locks to 25Hz, instead of 30Hz also.
-I've tried all the possible vsync options ingame and from nvidia control panel.
-I've tried the related options in the config file.
note: IF i set display mode to borderless, the frequency values are corrected( 60,or 30Hz), however the game suffers micro lags related to the frame time fluctuation produced by the borderless setting.
