Upgrading Existing Build - Can MOBO/PSU handle it?

I am upgrading my current build ( https://pcpartpicker.com/list/J6Pwf8 ) so I can add 3 more 27" 1440p monitors.

My lastest design has the additions at a 1060 video card, and obviously the monitors ( https://pcpartpicker.com/list/cDL83F )

According to pcpartpicker the PSU is able to handle adding this card.

My concerns are:
1. The pcpartpicker wattage computation isn't accurate and I'll need to upgrade the PSU. I have no idea how to figure this out except wattage calculations and available plugs, which seem to be there.
2. my mobo will drop the PCIe slots from 16/0/0 to 8/8/0 if I add another card. Will this effect gaming? I need to understand if I need to upgrade the mobo.

I currently game on my 970. The additional card is simply for "screen space" as I am an active stock trader and need screen real estate during the day. I only game on a single 1440p monitor.

Any advice/tips/suggestions are greatly welcomed. I've spent a lot of time on this and want to make sure I get it right!

Thanks as always to the Tom's community.

Your power supply should be fine. I have a 3770K @ 4.2Ghz, 980Ti, 2 spinning HDD's(one 10k rpm) and 3 SDD's. At MAX load(CPU/GPU) it pulls 475w from the wall according to my Kill-a-Watt. It's even lower playing games, under 400w.

As to the PCI-E slots, no worries. 8x/8x shouldn't affect it enough to notice.

Ok thank you for this information - I feel much better now.

With that said, is there any bare minimum requirements i need in a graphics card to run 3 x 27" 1440p monitors on it? All I am looking for currently is the same type (NVdia) and also something that had 3 x DP, or HDMI 1.2 or greater.

There are cheaper cards than the 1060 that fit the bill, but I don't understand how to check what the max resolution they push is. I'd hate to buy a cheaper card and I can't run all 3 monitors on it at 1440p.
