HI folks..
I just bought a new graphic card ~Gigabyte Aorus RADEON xtr rx 580 8G".
It is written on the box "Full Microsoft DirectX12 and OpenGL 1.5 Support".
Now my pc is running on windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit with DirectX11. I got blue screen that says "device driver stuck in an infinite loop etc..." everytime the PC loads the windows. I've tried everything, reinstall the driver with several versions that are available, updating the bios, clean the previous gpu drivers with DDU software.
Could be the problem is on the directX?
If yes..can Windows 7 have a DirectX12? or the only way is to upgrade to windows 10 to have a DirectX12?
