What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
Plan on using the pc for gaming, all types of different games don't want to have any issue of running the games, also plan on playing many vr games so want to have the best vr experience possible. Also daily use for normal stuff.
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
Budget is around £1500. Not including monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers. Just tower of build.
In what country are you purchasing your parts?
Britain
Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

This is along the lines of the build i was thinking.
CPU - I7 7700k (don't see the point in going for the non k when its not much cheaper and k has better performance)
CPU COOLER - cryorig h7, also thinking scythe mugen 5 but don't know if i should go liquid cooled or not, is it worth it, nzxt kraken x42
MOTHERBOARD - so many motherboards to choose from, asus strix z270 e, h, p, asrock pro4
MEMORY - Either g.skill ripjaws series 16gb or corsair vengeance
STORAGE - don't need more than 250gb of ssd so samsung 850 evo and a 2tb hard drive seagate barracuda
GRAPHICS CARD - lots of different cards to choose from, was thinking ti rather than just 1080 as i want best vr experience as well so gigabyte 1080 ti aorus
CASE - NZXT s340, will most likely be buying two extra fans to add to it
POWERSUPPLY - evga supernova g2 650
OPERATING - windows 10 home

Any advice, changes. Just want to know what people think.

Thanks in advance.

Excellent build; you need change nothing.

Cryorig H7 is perfectly good.
Buy two 140mm front intake fans for maximum cooling. 140mm will push more air and be quieter than 120mm.
Only one 120mm at the rear for airflow direction.

Other options are preferences.

I might like wd vs Seagate.
g.skil, corsair, patriot, any are good. Best to buy low profile ram, ares or lps for example.
Speed is not important.
ditto on motherboards. no frills will perform just as good as the fancy ones.

PSU is very good.
OS, consider windows 10 pro. It gives you the option to defer updates to a time when it is convenient for YOU.
