Can I use a single front audio i/o to be both microphone and headphone?

I have a GA-Z87X-UD3H, and both my front panel and back panel have two differente jacks for microphone and headphone. But my Headphone has only one input (a single cord). Is there any way to use a single jack as both mic and headphone?

I can't find any adaptors like you siad.
My headphone is a Skullcandy LowRider
