Hi
Ive been thinking about building a pc, but a tight budget and a limited understanding on the matter made me think otherwise.
So I would like to ask your guys' opinion on some pc's I've been checking out. Note that I mainly use my pc for gaming and watching movies, listening to music, etc.
With gaming in mind I would also like to know if any of the pc's I've seen would be easily upgraded in the future, if one day I have some more money to spend.
Here they are:

PC1(570€):
-CPU: 3,8GHz (4,0GHz) Quad 4-Core AMD FX 4300
-GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 Ti Pascal 4GB
-RAM 8 Gb DDR3 RAM 1600MHz
-Storage: SATA-III HDD: 1000 GB

PC2(640€):
-CPU: 3,8GHz (4,0GHz) Quad 4-Core AMD FX 4300
-GPU: AMD Radeon RX 470 Polaris 4GB
-RAM: 16 Gb DDR3 RAM 1600MHz
-Storage: SATA-III HDD: 1000 GB

PC3(860€):
-CPU: 3,8GHz (4,0GHz) Quad 4-Core AMD FX 4300
-GPU: Pascal Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 8GB
-RAM: 8 Gb DDR3 RAM 1600MHz
-Storage: SATA-III HDD: 1000 GB

PC4(850€):
-CPU: 3,0GHz (3,5GHz) CPU Intel Core Quad 4-i5 Kabylake 7400
-GPU: Nvidia GeForce 1060 GTX 3GB
-RAM:16 Gb DDR4 RAM 2133MHz
-Storage: SATA-III HDD: 1000 GB

Also note that pc's in my country are a bit pricier than, say in the UK or the US. Also, with some of those pc's there is a special, where, for about 50-100€ more I can get a moniter, mouse and keyboard.

Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

Sorry, forgot to mention the mobo's.
It'll probably be the MSI Z270 TOMAHAWK or the GIGABYTE GA-AB350

Yes, they are prebuilt. I am tempted to build myself, but I have no experience, I'm afraid I might do something wrong and it won't work in the end.
But someone has suggested this build to me: https://it.pcpartpicker.com/list/v7xrQV
The prices in my country are a bit higher, but not by much.
Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks for the help

I'll probably build then, since it seems the best option.
Anyway, thanks for all the help.
