Is it compatible?
CPU: Intel Pentium G4560
GPU: AMD Radeon RX550 2GB
MEMORY: 8GB ddr4 2133mhz
MB:GIGABYTE H110M-S2V, socket 1151, 2xDDR4, 4xSATA3, mATX
HDD: TOSHIBA DT01ACA050, 500GB, 7200rpm, 32MB, SATA 3
Thanks!

Solution
The H110 board might not have a BIOS to run that Kaby Lake G4560 ,get a B250 , REST IS FINE.

Don't forget to get a good power supply.

Board and memory.

Plug everything into www.pcpartpicker.com

Looks pretty good, but I'd go with a Western Digital Blul 1tb hdd. Unless you own the RX 550 and/or plan on low end gaming, like minecraft w/out texture packs, you should look at a 1050 ti. ~$50 mor powerful but better value. But, as always, look around and keep asking for opinions. I'm not very good with the $100 and sub-$100 range of graphics cards.

Hope this helps. And everyone else, please point out any flaws in my reasoning or any good suggestions.

Read the note in partpicker.
Some Intel H110 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Kaby Lake-S CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.

Yes thank you, but shouldn't have enough time passed that you can buy the mobo and have all the bios updates? Honestly, I built a Ryzen based system and don't have to worry about it. Isn't Kaby Lake the only one supported on the LGA1151? My research said it shouldn't be too much of a problem, but I don't know as much about the mobo hard- and softwares.

Kabylake and 200 series just came out 5 months ago. Takes a while to clear out old stock and even then the motherboard makers must include the new version. If the motherboard doesnt have the updated bios then it requires a Skylake CPU to do the update. At that point you may as wellbuy a skylake CPU then risk needing to update. On Ryzen the same will happen when Zen+ comes out.
