No Windows 10 CD; How reinstall Windows

I bought a Lenova YOGA2 a few years back for my daughter to use at college. She was able to take advantage of the free Windows 10 upgrade that was available for a limited time.

I need to perform a wipe and reload and have no supplied media. How can I get/create a copy of Windows 10 and perform a clean reinstall?

Create your own Win 10 install here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

During the install, when it asks for the license key...at the bottom of that window is a link for "I don't have a product ID"
Click that and proceed.
The system will activate itself when it goes online.

Navigate to Microsoft with the Yoga machine, download the zip or exe, put on a thumb drive then format the SSD prior to the reinstall? Or do you perform the reinstall over the top of the pre existing load on the Yoga 2?

Download that exe.
Run it
Follow the prompts
It will prompt you for what you want to do
Keep everything, or Keep nothing, with a couple of levels in between

"Keep nothing" is basically a clean install.

Yes, absolutely backup, on a whole different drive, anything you wish to keep.
