i havent used a rx550 yet but the apu you list has a decent gpu in it, is possible that you use it and discover it is enough for your needs so perhaps you could save the money from the rx and use it later on other parts

the gigabyte you mention, havent used it but looks very good to me

the cpu is too weak, try to get at least a a8, the one you listed has only 2 cores, you need 4 cores to play games and do real work this days, try to find the a8 or a x4 860k, the x4 should be around the a6

the sound card on that mainboard, not sure if it is decent enough but on mine has electrolytic capacitors to improve audio quality, i haven't used it so no idea but if you plan to edit audio, probably you will need something decent

i have the plus version, not the k, iirc, the k has parallel port and serial port for old printers and modems, no one needs those anymore, try to find the plus, the asus a68 hm plus

https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/A68HMPLUS/

you need 8 gbs of ram so try to get a 2x4 gbs kit, if you really can't find or afford, well, at least you have 4 gbs of fast ddr3, thism ainboard supports ddr 1866 - 2400mhz supposeldy, couldn't buy that here, couldn't find any kit

the gpu, the r7, is it cheap locally, if you can find a rx460, should be a bit faster and more power efficient i think, but sounds decent enough

If I were you I'd scrap that APU since it is not utilizing you're GPU. Don't get me wrong, you're CPU and GPU pairing is OK. But it is not the best. You could get a new GPU and a new CPU if you want but I suggest getting a new CPU first since the R7 370 can still be used. Although getting a new CPU might entail buying a new MOBO and ram depending on what CPU you are going to buy.

BTW
I am also from the PH.
